Science Weekly Update

  • Science students are learning about adaptations and have learned the difference between structural and behavioral adaptations.  Students are using a computer simulation to show how changes can happen over time in a population of walkingstick bugs and are graphing their results.  Students are using their graphs to create claims and they are backing up their claims using data as evidence.  Next week, we will investigate the nature of genetic variation by studying an imaginary dog-like rodent called a Larkey.
