Students in House A will have a quiz this week (Thursday or Friday) before the Thanksgiving break.  The quiz will discuss kinetic energy and how matter can change phase from a solid, liquid and a gas if enough heat is added or removed.  Students should spend 15-20 minutes each evening looking over their notes to prepare for the quiz.  Reviewing the assignments below will help prepare for the quiz.

In addition, students have begun background research on a topic of interest for the science fair and will be working towards a testable question (experiment) or a problem statement (engineering).
