Language Arts, Monday, Sept 22

Students are asked to change present tense sentences into past tense sentences as their evening homework. These are located in their notebooks on the back of their 9/22 verb notes.  Students also took a root, prefix and suffix meanings quiz today.  Those that made flash cards as directed over the weekend preformed significantly better than those that did not.  There is a learning session after school on Wednesday and Thursday (attendance can be one day or both) for students interested in repairing this quiz or improving their writing on either their Sleepy Hollow narrative or their self selected narrative topic from Friday.
