Team Breakfast and Report Cards

Dear Sterling Families,

It is that time of year! Time to celebrate our accomplishments from Trimester 2 with a team breakfast. Our breakfast will be held on Friday April 13, 2018 at 7:30 am. If possible, we would like to have breakfast items delivered around 7:15 am. I will be available from 7:00am on in our Team Sterling Area (room 241). Here is the link to sign up: http://signup.com/go/YQqdoVP

You can email Katrina Antonovich to sign up as well! Her email is kantonovich@mymtsd-vt.org

Additionally, report cards from Trimester 2 were mailed home this week. Report cards were printed without being able to resolve technological glitches, therefore, some teacher comments and some assessed standards are not being properly reported. Please contact your student’s teacher(s) if you are missing information or have concerns or comments about understanding the report card.

Sincerely,
Team Sterling Teachers

Both Grades have been working with circles, pi, and formulas for various shapes including triangles and rectangles.  The review is in anticipation of SBACs.

Two activities established pi as a multiplier for the circumference (Circumference  = pi * diameter)
