Science 10/13

Students are beginning to think about the science fair and what type of project they would like to have for it.

By tomorrow (Wednesday, 10/14.) students will need to identify if:

1) They want to experiment or engineer

2) 2-3 topics of interest to start researching around.

It is important to note that the science fair is a great opportunity for students to pursue an area of interest!  Students should think about what they are passionate about and select topics that will hold their interest.

Language Arts Reading Logs Due 10/8

Reading logs will be collected tomorrow, October 8.  Students should have 3 responses from the tic tac toe board filled out with a minimum of w,w,w,w,w,h.

upcoming science quiz

Dear students/parents/guardians,

Expect a quiz early this week.  It will cover our discussions/lessons on the properties of gases, particles of gas when compressed/expanded, our understanding of the blue and gray-cell cubes inside the syringes.

Students can meet with me during lunch or after school on Monday if they would like guidance for their studying.

Language Arts 10/2

Students should spend a bit of time reading and completing their reading log.  There is a new log sheet - Tic Tac Toe that can be accessed from this blog.  While in the home page, look to the right. You will see the word pages, and at the bottom of the list of pages is Reading Log tic tac toe.
